At this stage of a young person's physical and mental development, these are the years that a player can take a much more advanced physical and mental capacity/ understanding, which allows us as educators to push an individual's development to a much more advanced level.  In this phase we focus on enhancing a player's tactical understand and creativity when playing the game of soccer. We also use this phase to help build a player's understanding and character to what is expected at College/Professional level of play.
